01. General Terms

• All drawings may or will include a subtle signature that you may not remove.
• I might record or document the drawing process and post it on my socials.
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing, for any reason.
• You must have a clear reference of what you want me to draw (poses, outfit, etc.).

02. Payment

• Currency accepted is PHP (Philippine Peso) and USD (United States Dollar), payable through GCash for local clients, PayPal and Ko-fi for international clients. If you have any alternatives other than these, do let me know!
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% after sketch and the remaining 50% before the rendering process..
• Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.

03. Process & Delivery

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission.
• While working on your commission, I will check in with you at the sketch stage to make sure everything is just right!
• During reviews, you will see work-in-progress images — these will include a watermark.
• Estimated turnaround times:
  • Colored Sketch: 2 – 4 days [afterI have started on your commission]
  • Rendered style: 5 days – 2 weeks or more [afterI have started on your commission]
  • Times may vary depending on health, complexity of the piece, and queue.
• If anything comes up that will delay progress of the commission, I will let you know as soon as possible.
• Once finished, you will receive a high-resolution PNG and a web-friendly JPG with no watermark, delivered via Google Drive or email to avoid image compression.

04. Revisions

• You get free 5 minor revisions at the sketch stage — I will not move on to doing lineart until you approve the sketch.
• After sketch approval, you get 3 free minor revisions at the lineart stage.

• Facial & Expression Tweaks: slight change in expression, eye shape/size, eyebrow or mouth adjustments
• Small Detail Changes: adding/removing small accessories, fixing minor design details
• Shading & Rendering Tweaks: softer/stronger shadows, slight highlight adjustments
• Minor Position Adjustments: slight repositioning of character parts, small crop or framing changes

• Changing the entire pose
• Redrawing anatomy
• Changing character design after approval
• Adding new characters
• Switching from bust to full body
• Major outfit redesign
• Color adjustments

• A fee will be charged for changes on the previously approved sketch.
Minor revision: ₱50 / $1 per revision (fixed)


Major revision: ₱150 / $3 per revision (negotiable)
• Please note that I can only do a maximum of 3 minor/major revisions after free revisions are used. Revisions are NOT ALLOWED after I have started to render or after files have been delivered, unless I made a mistake.
• If your reference is unclear to begin with, any resulting changes will incur an extra charge.

05. Copyright & Usage Policy

• I, Evermorel (the artist), retain the rights to the produced artwork. I am allowed to use it to promote myself and display it anywhere I like (websites, socials, etc.).

• Use the commissioned piece for personal use (uploading to social media, forums, etc.)
• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own — but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves. Credit is not required but is greatly appreciated! (,,> ᴗ <,,)
• Use the artwork on YouTube channels and in monetized videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the primary subject of the earnings.

• Reproducing or using the artwork commercially (making money off it in any way)
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Removing my signature from the artwork
• Altering the artwork in any way without my consent

• I reserve full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. Rights for non-personal use may be purchased at any time.
• For commercial use, there will be an additional +50% fee.

06. Customer Satisfaction

• I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ -˵ ) ✧
• If you have a problem with anything regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
• I am willing to adjust some of my terms if you ask before I start on your commission.

07. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The client is NOT allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I have started, you can receive a full refund.
• If the client is unresponsive for more than 3 days, the commission will automatically be cancelled.
• If the client breaks any of the terms stated above, they will forfeit all rights to the commissioned artwork, and I will have the right to profit from it in any way I see fit.
